• This award in the honor of Dr. Joseph L. Henry is given to up to five incoming freshman dental students that show promise in embodying the values and work ethic of Dr. Henry. It is a $2000 renewable award for the four years of matriculation.

Eligibility

• Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or greater

  
  

• Must be a United States Citizen or have permanent resident status

  
  

• Have verifiable community service

Requirements

• Letter of request from the applicant including verifiable community service project

• Undergraduate official transcript

  
  

• Curriculum vitae and professional photo

  
  

• Three recommendation letters; Dean or Chair of your undergraduate degree program, undergraduate professor and one non-academic letter

  
  

• Letter of acceptance from an accredited US dental school
